Claudio Grisolia is a busy man and, therefore, a happy man.
Business is booming at his store, Steeles Paint in Toronto (Woodbridge). He just added another employee, bringing his total staff to 21, and he's anticipating another stellar year.
"It all has to do with keeping a positive attitude," says Claudio when asked for his reason for his stores success. "People know us as a fun place to shop. I believe in creating a positive environment for the people I hire, and in turn take that feeling and share it with our customers."
